Return & Refund Policy

To keep things safe and clean for all our furry customers, we only accept returns on pet apparel and accessories if the item is damaged or defective. Please read through our policy to understand how returns and refunds work:

Returns/Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the product received is incorrect or defective. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for any used items.

If we mistakenly ship an incorrect or defective item, we'll cover the cost of shipping the correct product to you once the original item is returned. Simply reach out to us at glamaliciousstore@gmail.com for return instructions before sending anything back.

Important Information:

  1. Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days from the original order date.
  2. Condition of Item: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Return Process: Please contact us before returning any item(s). We’ll guide you through the return process and confirm the best address to send it to.

If an item is returned to us in error or not meeting the conditions listed above, we may not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless other arrangements are made with us.
